PTC is in the midst of transforming its commercial and licensing experiences to be customer-centric, which is a marketplace expectation of leading software subscription companies. They are seeking customer and partners with experience managing PTC licenses for their organization to review the designs, click through the prototypes, and provide feedback on the improvements and ease of use.
PTC will use this community’s feedback to iterate on our designs and to improve the implementation (6-9 months).

Do you oversee or have responsibility for production line performance in industrial manufacturing?
We are designing software that monitors and delivers data in order to improve production efficiency. In this study we want to learn about the needs of people who are working hands-on, operating machines or tooling to support production and understand what tasks you perform and what data you rely on to optimally perform your job.
Research sessions will be hosted remotely using MS Teams or Zoom, and last approximately 60 minutes. Participants will be rewarded with a $100.00 honorarium after study completion. The session involves interview questions and potentially interacting with a design prototype.

Do you work in the engineering department responsible for product design?
We know that designers and engineers must address issues around cost, compliance, and product redesigns. In many cases, this requires pulling data from different systems. We have created a solution vision that we want your feedback on. Through this approach, we would collect data automatically and deliver it via Windchill (PLM) to help you make data-driven design decisions and speed up the process of collecting and analyzing this data.
The call will be hosted remotely using MS Teams or Zoom, and last approximately 45 - 60 minutes. You will be rewarded with a $50 honorarium in the form of an e-gift card.
